  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Senior Finance & Account Executive

  • Able to handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger accurately on time with minimal supervision.
  • To perform financial analysis, audit & tax schedules and ensure timely and proper monthly closing and management reporting.
  • Verify all the AP and AR invoice posting, petty cash reimbursement, staff expense claims, and payment transactions
  • To liaise with bankers, lawyers, external auditors, and tax agents in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to bank facilities, audits, taxation, and statutory requirements etc.
  • Preparation of E-Invoicing.
  • Assist management with any other ad-hoc tasks.

Job requirements:

  • Ability to speak BM, English, Mandarin fluently
  • Advance Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and professional accreditation with ACCA, ASCPA, CIMA, MICPA, MIA or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in related positions and related fields such as retailing industry with relevant years of managing a small team.
  • Sound knowledge of Financial Accounting Standard and the relevant statutory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
