  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Building Operations Manager

Job Description:

- Develop and implement building operations policies to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Oversee maintenance and repair activities for company facilities, equipment, and grounds.

- Manage the operations budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources and controlling expenses.

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.

- Ensure that the building and facilities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve maintenance or safety concerns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address their facility requirements.

- Supervise and mentor the building operations team, ensuring adequate training and performance standards.

- Implement energy-efficient and sustainability practices to reduce operational costs and improve facility efficiency.

- Prepare and deliver reports on facility operations, maintenance, and budgets to upper management.

- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and changes in building regulations.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, including leadership responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
