We're Hiring: Account Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable/convertible to permanent based on performance)
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500

About the Role:
Join our team as an Account Executive and take charge of financial operations, including receivables, banking, credit control, and payables. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling audit reports, taxation schedules, analysis, and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure timely account closing and statutory filings.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and statutory financial requirements.
  • Manage and submit SST/CIT/WHT reports within deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualification: Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in Accounts Receivable (Manufacturing experience is a plus!)
  • Skills: Meticulous, deadline-driven, and committed.
  • Language: Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Location: Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Klang
