  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month
Contract Duration: 3 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can renew or conversion to permanent depend on performance)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Suite 14.3, Level 14, Menara IMC, 8 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales and service for related products and services;
  • Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems;
  • Monitor sales and service orders/expedite parts;
  • Digitize documents to the server, i.e test results, project files etc.
  • Assist in making GPN / BOM creation requests via iProject, ECN, LPG Kselect etc.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to shipping;
  • Maintain excellent sservice and built good rapport with customers (inter-company/external)
  • Provide technical support for the product marketing & training functions; and
  • Perform other related technical support functions as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in related field.
  • Have experience in SAP is added advantages.
  • Good to have own vehicle as need travel to Port Dickson office.
