JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Target and secure new clients in the Duty of Care, Travel, and Medical Assistance sectors, focusing on insurance providers, TPAs, and corporate clients with duty-of-care obligations.
- Execute a sales strategy that highlights our services’ value in enhancing client support, compliance, and employee well-being.
- Develop strong, solution-oriented sales approaches to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews, providing insights, updates, and proactive recommendations to improve service alignment with client needs.
- Address client concerns, support renewals, and introduce new services or upgrades to expand account value and retention.
- Leverage deep knowledge of duty of care, travel risk management, and medical assistance requirements to consult clients on risk mitigation, compliance, and optimized service use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging needs in the duty of care and medical assistance, integrating this knowledge into client engagements and strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on messaging, product updates, and client feedback.
- Regularly report on account status, pipeline health, and sales forecasts to management, providing insights on client challenges and service improvements.
- Lead new client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper setup of our solutions for optimal benefit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
- Minimum of Diploma or Above with at least three (3) years of working experience in Sales and Account for the Insurance/ Medical or related industry.
- Have excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Due to business needs)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing strategic client accounts, especially with insurance, TPA, or corporate duty-of-care programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of Duty of Care, Travel Risk Management, Medical Assistance workflows, and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with risk management, claims processing, and global health and safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with experience in structuring solutions that meet both client and organizational goals.
- Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset to develop effective, client-focused sales approaches
