JOB SCOPE Responsible for handling inbound travel arrangements, including inquiries, quotations, hotel reservations, and group travel logistics. You will act as the bridge between oversea agents, local suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Collaborate with Overseas Travel Agents: Manage inquiries and provide expert advice on FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) and group bookings, ensuring all details are tailored to clients' needs. 2) Booking & Reservations: Coordinate hotel reservations, transportation, restaurant bookings, attractions, and entrance tickets with suppliers to ensure a smooth experience for travelers. 3) Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with existing and new suppliers to enhance product offerings and maintain a high level of service quality. 4) Efficient Communication: Ensure all product information is communicated clearly and effectively both internally within the team and externally to clients and suppliers. 5) Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to inbound travellers, addressing any issues or requests with professionalism and a customer-first mindset. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE: 1) Diploma/Degree in the hospitality and tourism industry 2) Min 1-2 years’ experience in a travel & tourism company, preferably DMC or Inbound tourism 3) Good command of English both verbally and in writing is essential 4) Experience with Destination Management software and excellent command of Microsoft Office applications is preferable.
