How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Taman Nusa Bestari 2, JB

Working Hours: 6 days per week

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information for tender submissions.
  • Analyze project specifications and provide accurate costing for projects.
  • Manage project budgets to ensure cost control.
  • Conduct material and quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and service procurement.
  • Prepare purchase orders and liaise with vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenditures, progress claims, and contract administration.
  • Prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in related fields.
  • Min 2 years work experience as quantity surveyor or relevant fields.
  • Willing to travel for tender.
