Job Responsibilities :
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp
- Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer’s billing requirements
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Coordinate and work with internal stakeholder(s) to resolve daily issues and provide solutions
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
Job Requirement :
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role in any industry
- Minimum SPM to apply
- Able to work on 5.5 days, alternate Saturday
