Job Responsibilities :

  • Receive and process purchase orders
  • Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp
  • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer’s billing requirements
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Coordinate and work with internal stakeholder(s) to resolve daily issues and provide solutions
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

Job Requirement :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role in any industry
  • Minimum SPM to apply
  • Able to work on 5.5 days, alternate Saturday
