  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Detailed cost estimates for projects during the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design stages.
  • Draft and issue tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and conditions of contracts.
  • Evaluate contractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts needed.
  • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure expenditures are within the approved limits.
  • Conduct regular cost reporting, including forecasting final costs, variance analysis, and cash flow projections.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or schedule.
  • Manage contractual issues, including payment applications, variations, and claims.
  • Assess and approve interim and final valuations of work done on-site.
  • Review and negotiate change orders, ensuring proper documentation and cost adjustments.
  • Ensure the projects meet legal and quality standards.

Job Requirement :

  • Preferably 2 Years of working experience in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Must possess own transport (Need to travel when tender)
  • Mandarin Speaker will be added advantages
