Position: Account Assistant
Location: Taman Ekoperniagaan, Senai

Working days: Monday To Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1.30pm
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or a related field.
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in accounting or relevant work.
- Experience in full set account.
- Able to Speak and Read Mandarin.
- Professional certification from LCCI/ACCA/CPA is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office skills and SQL Financial Accounting software will be an added advantage.
Job scope:
- Handling the full set of accounts and generating relevant reports.
- Manage company cash flow, fund allocation, and budgeting.
- Control and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments. monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Manage payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Use SQL Financial Accounting software for financial management and reporting.
- Stay updated on Malaysia's accounting regulations and tax policies, providing compliance advice and optimizing tax strategies.
- Collaborate efficiently with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
