Position: Account Assistant

Location: Taman Ekoperniagaan, Senai

Company business: Health product company

Working days: Monday To Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1.30pm

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in accounting or relevant work.
  • Experience in full set account.
  • Able to Speak and Read Mandarin.
  • Professional certification from LCCI/ACCA/CPA is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office skills and SQL Financial Accounting software will be an added advantage.

Job scope:

  • Handling the full set of accounts and generating relevant reports.
  • Manage company cash flow, fund allocation, and budgeting.
  • Control and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments. monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Manage payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Use SQL Financial Accounting software for financial management and reporting.
  • Stay updated on Malaysia's accounting regulations and tax policies, providing compliance advice and optimizing tax strategies.
  • Collaborate efficiently with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
