  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Responsible for the overall machine OEE improving cycle time

2. Process Analysis and improvement:

· Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies.

· Develop and implements process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Design and layout manufacturing facilities to optimize production flow.

3. Lean Manufacturing:

· Implement lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping Lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.

4. Project Management:

· Plan and manage projects to improve production processes, reduce waste and enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.

5. Data Analysis:

· Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Utilize statistical methods and software to support decision making processes.

6. Quality Control:

· Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product standards are met.

· Work with quality control systems to ensure product standards are met.

· Work with quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.

7. Cost Reduction:

· Identify and implement cost saving measures without compromising product quality.

· Analyze production costs and recommend strategies for cost reduction.

8. Cyber security documentation Report security incidents. Breaches, or suspicious activities to the Information Security Officer.

9. Participate in information security awareness training programs.

10. Ensure the secure handling of information, particularly sensitive or confidential data in daily tasks.

11. Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and contractual security obligations.
