Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM PO) is required. Expert level of proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management is recommended. Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP PP (Production Planning), and SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) is suggested.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize SAP Purchasing processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Identity and Access Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP FI CO Finance integration
  • Design and implement custom solutions using SAP ABAP programming language
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities

SAP Experience:-
    • Must have experience in SI/AMS project in cross module SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD). Experience in S4 HANA is required.
    • Strong knowledge in SAP MM/SD configuration and able to lead, solution and deliver Enhancements and resolutions for incident tickets.
    • Must have atleast 5-9 years of work experience and 5-6 years of SAP experience.
    • Having cross integration knowledge is an added advantage

    • Flexible and able to travel to Client's location (within or outside Malaysia)
    • Have team management/leadership experience is an added advantage.
    • Strong influencing skills with stakeholders to drive change and improvements.
    • Will take on role as a People Lead to develop and support our talents in their career path.
    • Ability togenerate improvement ideas to talent management, process and procedures and solutions .
    • Could be required to work on more than 1 project/task in parallel, and has the ability to prioritize and deliver successfully
    • Certified in SAP MM and/or SAP SD will be an added advantage.
    • Having ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
