  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth for a prominent manufacturer of technical polyurethane foam products. This leadership role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and acquire new customers.
  • Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships to drive business retention.
  • Oversee product development collaborations, including material specifications and sample evaluations.
  • Review and analyze sales performance, providing reports to management on achievements and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery schedules.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Mentor and train junior sales staff to improve team performance.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, meetings, and other industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage business travel and trips as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Compensation includes an attractive salary, commission, reimbursement, and incentives

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
