  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The company, is a leading player in the chemical industry and is now seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support the IT infrastructure of their regional branch in Seremban. This role will ensure smooth daily operations of IT systems, server maintenance, and troubleshooting for the staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers for the regional branch.
  • Provide technical support and assist staff with hardware and software issues.
  • Monitor network performance, security, and perform system updates and backups.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve IT-related issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including software and hardware systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine IT audits and ensure data protection and security protocols are in place.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in IT, including handling servers, networks, and software/hardware troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Good knowledge and experience in general IT infrastructure, Microsoft environment (Server and workstation), Microsoft Office (focus Office 365 products)
  • Provide first-level hardware and software support (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, Microsoft Office, and Office 365) for BMY and BCN sites.
  • Proficient in LAN/WAN/WLAN operations, networking, and routing concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
