  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Functional (job responsibilities)
  • Develop Financing package catered to the RWM segment.
  • Develop leveraging solutions catered to the RWM segment.
  • Increase penetration of the various financing products (mortgage, Hire Purchase and Credit Cards) by the RWM distribution network.
  • To embed leveraging solutions as one of the main product offerings by the RWM distribution network.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the management.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • To lead the joint effort by various department / product providers to customize financing solutions.
  • Continuous process refinement to improve customer experience and administrative efficiency.
  • Policy refinement and update to financing and leveraging product offerings.
  • Work with cross functional departments to ensure alignment in lending direction and continuous feedback loop on business opportunities and risk areas to avoid.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Build sufficient talent pipeline to ensure succession across key business functions.
  • Develop a culture and mindset with the emphasize of ‘Digital at the Core”.
  • Build a culture of compliance and responsible selling.
  • Responsible in building a strong compliance culture on the fair treatment of financial consumers, understands anti-money laundering, countering financing of terrorism and proliferation financing policies, processes and procedures.
Education/Qualification
  • Degree holder, including a proven good track record of managing a team or implemented successful business strategies.
  • A postgraduate tertiary or a professional certification is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Bank/Financial industry with at least 5 years of experience in a financing product managerial position.
Special Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret information and translate into accurate business and financial decisions.
  • Excellent people relationship building and sales and service mentality.
  • Great leadership skill with capability to motivate, influence and drive change.
