  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring proper configuration, reliability, and scalability.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, outages, and performance issues.
  • Regularly monitor network performance and security using network management tools to detect and address potential issues proactively.
  • Maintain and update network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. Ensure software patches and updates are applied regularly.
  • Implement and enforce security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data encryption to protect the network from security threats.
  • Create and maintain documentation on network configurations, system designs, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work closely with IT support teams to ensure seamless operations across all IT systems and provide technical support to users when necessary.
  • Implement and monitor network backup strategies to ensure business continuity and data protection.
  • Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades and expansions as needed.
  • Ensure network infrastructure complies with industry standards and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, IT Administrator or any similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
