Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the company.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue by securing sales from new and existing clients.
- Ensure timely collections of payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Coordinate market research initiatives to gather insights into customer and market trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Manufacuring industry, ie: paint/ink/coating/adhesives
- Having a sales-driven/goal-oriented personality and motivated to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
