Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, billing, and payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
  • Provide assistance in daily tasks, including report preparation and documentation work.
  • To assist in preparation of forecasting and monitoring yearly budget.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Have 1– 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Discipline person, proactive, positive working attitude with commitment to meet deadlines and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software (SQL/Autocount)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
