JOB VACANCY
POSITION - CUSTOMS BROKERAGE OFFICER
LOCATION - BUKIT RIMAU, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 3000-4000
Role & Responsibilities
Help sales/ Sales Support/ management to identify rules, regulations and HS CODES for products to be imported/
exported.
Double check, before vessel arrival/departure, information given by operations (import and export) is in good
order for customs clearance.
Run through the documents and identify if anything needs to be amended or rectified.
Process draft customs declaration in Daganet.
Pass draft of customs form to operations for customer to double check content & duties amount 3 days before
vessel arrival.
Pass actual customs declaration in Daganet up on confirmation.
Make pick up / delivery arrangements and inform operations so they can update customer
Coordinate with declaration operation personal on cargo submission / claim / DO / customs inspection / etc…
Reply or acknowledge any email within the same working day for email received on/before 5PM.
When out of office set up auto reply with contact details of back up.
Undertake ad-hoc task assigned.
Submit all reports as requested by HQ / management within the dead line.
