Requirements: - Diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the industrial equipment - Strong technical aptitude and understanding of machines operation and maintenance. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. - Proficiency in using customer service software Autocount and Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-centric approach. - Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons or urgent situations.
