Junior Site Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate or someone with less than one year of experience, eager to gain practical experience in civil engineering, specifically in soil stabilization for deep foundation installations like bored piles and diaphragm walls. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in supervising soil stabilization processes at construction sites for deep foundation installations. • Provide on-site support to customers in using soil stabilization products. • Implement work processes and ensure adherence to technical guidelines. • Identify and resolve on-site issues related to soil stabilization techniques. • Collaborate with the engineering team to execute project tasks efficiently. • Train customer site personnel on the proper use of our products. • Communicate project progress and challenges to immediate superior. • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and organized manner under minimum supervision. • Maintain a safe working environment and comply with site safety standards. Qualifications/Skills: • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; less than 1 year of relevant experience. • Possess own transport and willingness to travel on short notice. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. • Collaborative mindset with a strong team-player attitude. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and techniques. • Strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
