Finance Manager

1. Responsible for organization’s accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, feasibility study for expansion. 2. Responsible to prepare accurate and timely management reports and financail statements. 3. Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting & financial policies and procedures. 4. Review and analyze financial results and recommed process improvement in cost-control across group of companies. 5. Responsible to liase with external auditors, tax consultants and government authority in relating to accounting issues. 6. Ensure legal and regulary compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies. 7. Responsible for all Treasury functionality; such as Petty Cash, Overdraft, Fixed Deposit & other Banking Facilities. 8. Ensure monthly Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation must perform in timely without any delay. 9. To supervise, control and motivate staff to ensure proper and accurate sets of accounting records are prepared on a timely basis. 10. To review daily opeaartions within the accounts for all kinds of financial reconciliations. 11. To maintain strong internal controls, best practice and ensure compliance with the relevant of financial reporting standards. 12. To advise on the financial implication and consequences of business decision. 13. Maintain good relationship with all bankers and handle all bank correspondence. 14. Ensure all the debtors credit application are being evaluated in accordance to the financial benchmarks before approving the credit limit. 15. Closely guard all company properties and technical information and wisely disclose only approved information to external parties 16.
