• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products. • Providing continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat, and email related to the product. • Exceeding customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information. • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. • Able to communicate in Bahasa/English/Mandarin and Cantonese. • Minimum education level is SPM/UEC. • Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, as well as public holidays. • Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
