Drafter

The Drafter is responsible for producing detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for construction projects, including civil, structural, and architectural components. Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, the Drafter ensures that all technical drawings meet design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Drafting & Design: Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings based on initial concepts from architects and engineers. Ensure accuracy in measurements, scale, and layout based on project specifications. Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings. Collaborate with project managers to ensure all designs are feasible and meet project timelines and budgets. Participate in project meetings to understand design updates and incorporate necessary revisions into drawings. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, industry standards, and regulations. Maintain an organized database of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documentation. Update and revise drawings as changes occur during the construction process. Quality Control: Review designs for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies before submission. Conduct regular audits of drawing files to ensure consistency and compliance with project requirements. Site Visits & Coordination: Occasionally visit construction sites to gather information, take measurements, and coordinate with on-site teams. Verify dimensions and details on the site to ensure drawings align with real-world conditions. **Candidates who can communicate with Mandarin are preferred**
