Key Responsibilities • Quality Management System Preparation: o Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements. o Establish SOPs for critical process in every department. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and streamline processes. • Quality Management System Monitoring: o Implement and monitor the implementation of SOPs/Critical process in line with quality documentation o Identify process gaps and recommend actionable improvements. o Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent service quality. o Establish and maintain quality control protocols across all departments. o To conduct internal quality audits in adherence to documented SOPs/QMS. • Risk Management: o Identify, analyse, and mitigate operational, project management, and compliance risks. o Maintain up-to-date risk registers and prepare mitigation plans. • Training and Awareness: o Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and risk management principles. o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk identification. • Reporting and Compliance: o Prepare detailed reports on quality and risk management progress. o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to meet certification requirements. Qualifications and Requirements • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field. • Experience: o Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, risk management, or compliance, preferably within the telecommunications or engineering service sector. o Hands-on experience preparing for and achieving quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001). • Skills and Certifications: o ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Certification (Preferable). o Proficiency in quality and risk management frameworks e.g., ISO 31000, TL 9000 (Optional) o Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address risks and process inefficiencies. o Familiarity with process mapping, documentation, and audit techniques. • Soft Skills: o Independent with strong leadership qualities. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with all stakeholders. o Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
