Recruitment Specialist

Based on the existing staffing and business development needs, assist superiors in determining recruitment goals, summarize the number of positions and personnel required, formulate and implement recruitment plans (including application and control of recruitment expenses) Investigate the external human resources stock and distribution of talents required by the company, and conduct effective analysis, plan, develop, maintain and expand recruitment channels, and establish a reserve talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism Write recruitment advertisements, maintain and update recruitment websites, publish job requirements information, collect resumes, classify and screen resumes, arrange pre-employment tests, determine the list of written tests and interviews, notify applicants to come for interviews and written tests, and conduct preliminary interviews and written test assessments for applicants Assist relevant department personnel to complete the re-examination work, ensure that the interview work is carried out in a timely manner and the assessment results meet the job requirements Conduct background checks on the candidates to be hired, communicate with the candidates about their treatment, and complete the employment notice Handle relevant procedures in labor relations, including reporting, regularization, transfer, resignation, etc. Summarize the problems existing in recruitment work, put forward suggestions for optimizing systems and processes, and complete recruitment analysis reports
