  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks an CNC LATHE PROGRAMMING EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and relevant CAM software. • Design and test programs to ensure they meet the required tolerances, specifications, and production goals. • Analyze engineering blueprints, drawings, and CAD files to determine program requirements. • Set up and operate CNC lathes, including selecting the appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters. • Conduct test runs to ensure the program functions correctly and troubleshoot any issues. • Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and operation of machines. • Verify the accuracy of finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines). • Adjust programs and tooling to maintain consistent quality and meet dimensional specifications. • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC lathes to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot machine errors and resolve any mechanical or program-related issues. • Collaborate with the maintenance team for more complex repairs. • Analyze machining processes to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. • Maintain accurate records of programs, tooling, and machine settings for future reference. • Prepare detailed setup sheets, tool lists, and operational instructions. • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production supervisors to address manufacturing challenges. • Ensure all programs and operations comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. • Provide training and guidance to machine operators on proper machine usage and program interpretation. Requirements The required skills for the position CNC LATHE PROGRAMMING EXPERT are: • Min 5 years’ experience in CNC Lathe program. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification
