Job Responsibility • Plan, organize and coordinate the execution of sales and post sales. • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients. • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. • Maintaining relationship with all existing and potential clients. • Prepare/present presentations, Jobsheet and price quotations or project proposal. • Work closely with Designer/Production/Traffic after receive inquiry from clients, follow up PO and payment with clients. • To follow up with clients on sales or order status, and provide excellent after sales service. • To achieve monthly sales target set by the Company. • Listen to and care for customers, feedback customer needs and improve customer satisfaction. • Generate daily and weekly reports to the Management, voice out about existing concerns, and provide constructive feedback / solutions. • Submit daily and weekly sales reports • Pay attention to the market trends of dealers, competitive brands and end customers, and timely feedback market information to the company. • Any other sales tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time. Job Requirement • At least 2 years field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment • Mininum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or related field • Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best • Has a good understanding of different sales techniques • Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills • Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter • Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, work independently and under pressure
