Mechanical Engineer

To report directly to Asst Manager & Prod. Manager. To plan production schedule according to the production planning issued by PC and To confirm process specification and quality with the manager and then give instruction to sub-ordinates. Manpower planning, capacity study, quality control, etc. To supervise duties delegated to supervisor, technician and operators. To report any problem (quality, staff, machinery and schedule) arise from production line. To seek advice from the manager in order to improve the process. To carry out periodic check once a month on all records and check sheets in the section. Improve quality and standard time everyday. To check and improve the progress to achieve goals (defective rate, productivity) which are set in the company objectives. To counsel and to discipline the staff including other section’s staff in order to ensure all staff are abide by the company rules and regulations. For Prod. Dept-2 Engineer, he or she is responsible to order and control chemicals usage in his or her process. For Prod. Dept-3 Engineer, she or he is responsible to ensure the shipping activities shall follow the shipping schedule given by PC Department. The Production Engineer are responsible to support new process and do propose any improvement and further process development.
