Responsibilities - Handle basic book-keeping and records. - Preparing full set of monthly accounts and ensure proper and accurate month-end closing to meet deadline. - Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks. - Perform monthly stocktake and prepare monthly stock movement report. - Assist in resolving any administrative problems. - Perform basic office tasks such as filing, recording and any other duties as and when assigned by superiors/management. Requirements - Possess Diploma and above in Accounting. Work experience is an added advantage. - Able to work independently with minimum supervision and adhere to deadlines. - Good time management skills with strong self-discipline and abide to punctuality at work. - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Accounting and Autocount software will be an added advantage. - Able to start work immediately.
