We are seeking a motivated and independent Sales cum General Worker to join our team. As a Sales cum General Worker, you will play a key role in supporting both the sales team and day-to-day operations of the business. You will assist with property sales and client interactions, while also performing general administrative, maintenance, and operational tasks around the office or properties. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities : -Assist clients with property inquiries, conduct property viewings, and help with the sales process. -Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from prospective buyers and renters. -Help clients understand market trends and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process. -Assist in organizing meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth transaction closure -Ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, forms) is completed accurately.
