Product Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Responsible IT related product planning, business process design, functional design, demand analysis, product optimization, etc. Lead product positioning and value proposition development for each customer segment and go-to-market channel. Use data to illustrate conclusions that address commercial fleet business needs. Provide timing & scheduling estimates to project managers and other development managers. Propose corrective actions to times lines when necessary. Responsible for documenting key information for analysis which includes downtime, peak production, inventory accuracy and scheduling accuracy. Monitor the execution of the project that the objectives and quality are achieved in compliance with the project specifications, drawings, plans, work program, schedules and specific requirements. Familiar with the process of product interaction design, functional analysis, user role analysis prototyping, interface development, ease of use testing, the skill of UI/UE is preferred. Responsible for the overall planning of roadmap & lifecycle of digital products, definition & cross-functional alignment of product requirements, features and design based on customer requirements. Ensure the cross-departmental alignment and resource coordination to ensure successful product delivery and operation. Develop monetization strategies and pricing models for solution offerings, including creating innovative new revenue and business models. Organize and prepare analysis needs and feedback information, analyze data regularly, complete product continuous improvement and innovation, enhance the user experience, and be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of online products. Job Requirements: Preferably candidates with knowledge in Axure, Visio. Preferably candidates who familiar with the process of product interaction design, functional analysis, user role analysis prototyping, interface development, ease of use testing, the skill of UI/UE is preferred. Preferably candidate who experienced in digital product planning, business model design and nice product feeling. Preferably candidate with strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational and coordination skills & problem-solving skills in cross-over teams. Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position. Required Language(s): English, Mandarin. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Database Admin or equivalent.
