Client Liaison: Liaising with clients to determine their sales, design requirements, and conceptual needs. Suggesting improvements where necessary. • External Coordination: Liaising with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met, and materials are printed to the highest quality as per customer specifications. • Team Collaboration: Working effectively with both clients and internal teams, including sales staff, ensuring smooth communication and project flow. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS): 1. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring all client design requirements are met on time and to their satisfaction. Feedback from clients and sales staff will be regularly monitored. 2. Creativity and Innovation: Delivering fresh and innovative designs that meet the client's vision and the company’s standards for quality and style. 3. Timeliness and Deadline Adherence: Meeting project deadlines, including both design and print production. Regular monitoring of deadlines for digital marketing campaigns and client requests. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and the successful execution of design projects. Working well with both client- facing and internal teams. 5. Digital Marketing Impact: Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Demonstrating measurable results in terms of engagement and conversions for social media and email campaigns. 6. Print and Production Quality: Ensuring that all printed materials are produced to the highest quality and in line with client specifications. Regular coordination with external printers to meet quality standards and deadlines. 7. Managing Merchantrade: Coordinate with Merchantrade for branding, identify the nearest vendor, schedule a suitable installation date, and follow up with the client to ensure timely approval. 8. Social Media Strategy & Management: Create and execute social media strategies designed to enhance engagement and build brand loyalty across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and others. Develop and curate engaging content, including posts, advertisements, and interactive material, to boost follower interaction and expand reach. 9. DHL E-commerce: Manage customer inquiries related to local courier services, including parcel pickup and returns, ensuring timely and efficient handling of requests. 10. CollectCo: Overseas parcel delivery management for international shipments, ensuring prompt and reliable execution of CollectCo services as needed.
