Position : Admin Operations Executive Company Industry : Leading Provider Of Quality And Safety Solutions Working Hours : Monday – Friday (8.30AM – 6.00PM) Working Location : KL Gateway Residence, Jalan Kerinchi, Pantai Dalam, 59200 Kuala Lumpur. Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY Remuneration : Basic salary up to RM2,800 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution+ leave entitlement WHO CAN APPLY? • Diploma/Degree holder in business admin, or related with working experience in operations • Have 1 – 2 years of work experience • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate challenges, new methods and successes both internally and externally. • Strong analytical, forecasting, planning skills and have a good sense of business acumen. • Must be well organized and a self-starter, excellent prioritization skills – able to work effectively to deadlines. • Good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare and generate proforma invoice for payment collection purposes and tax invoice when audit job done within timeframe, upload tax invoice into client’s payment portal as required. • Prepare job summary based on global client’s requirements. • Track & follow up the payment for prepayment client. • Prepare refund with supporting documents to client when necessary. • Process and analyze the billing from/to intercompany to ensure billing information is accurate. • Responsible for monthly reports : sales report, accrual income report, creditor provision and etc. • Vendors/suppliers management – building and maintain good relationships to ensure smooth business connections that are mutually beneficial. • Provide support by analyze sales revenue report to management team. • Process vendor/supplier’s payment billing. • Work cross-functionally with global, finance and internal department teams. • Maintain supplier/customer system data. Ensure supplier/customer information is updated in system at all times. • Back up for other processing tasks when required. • Perform any other job/function that may be assigned by superior.
