Technician

1. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. 2. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. 3. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. 4. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. 5. Advise further; on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. 6. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. 7. To ensure all the Electrical System such as public lighting is ON/OFF on time according to the Management decision. 8. To ensure that all basic facilities regarding an electrical system in our premises in order i.e. public lighting inside and outside, switches, plug point etc. 9. To repair of all an electrical system, switchboard, breaker, pumps etc. 10. To ensure that all safety percussion such as pressurization, ventilation system and smoke spill system maintain well in order to comply with manufacturer’s and our requirement 11. To implement preventive maintenance of all electrical system as per schedule or instructed by the superior. 12. Servicing of all Distribution Board, electric motor, lubrication of motor bearings, pumps and other moving parts. 13. Servicing all Ventilation System, Smoke Spill Fans, toilet exhaust fan, Pressurization System and other equivalent work as per schedule or instructed by the superior. 14. Supervision the contractors who doing servicing or other related work to ensure it has follow the regulation and meet to our requirement 15. To attend breakdown / complaints from tenant’s / other as a priority.
