Finance Manager

Responsibilities • Manage and supervise a team of Accounts Executives • Drive all aspects of the finance and accounting functions including financial accounting and reporting, monthly management accounting, statutory reporting, financial planning and budgetary control and taxation • Liaise with auditors, corporate secretary and tax agents • Manage the cash flow of the Company to meet operational needs • Review financial procedures, internal controls and business processes and systems to ensure that effective controls are in place • Handle statutory audits and ensure compliance and audit clearance • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports • Handle quarterly GST return • Any ad hoc project when required Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, CPA, ACCA or equivalent • Min. 5 years’ experience in the same role • Must be hands-on, meticulous and able to work under pressure • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently with high degree of commitment and integrity • Preferably experience in Construction Company
