Arabic Language Teacher

Teaching: To plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons and activities to ensure the transformation of knowledge and skills to the students  Identifies clear teaching objectives and specifies how they will be taught and assessed.  Plan and prepare and deliver courses and lesson in line with curriculum objectives.  Assigns and marks work, gives appropriate feedback and maintains records of students’ progress and development.  Researches new topic areas, maintains up-to-date subject knowledge.  Organizes the learning resources and the classroom learning environment.  Updates the students profile on the development, progress, and behavior.  Assesses, records, and reports student's progress towards attaining the intended outcomes.  Design, manage, and participates in educational and extracurricular activities.  Prepare, conduct, correct and record the marks of the exams.  Maintains good order and discipline amongst students and safeguards their health and safety at all times.  Offers at least one Co-Curricular Activity per term.  Participates in Extra Curricular Activities to enhance the school experience for learners. Relations Management: To manage the communication with students and parents to ensure cooperation and positive relationship.  Establish and maintain positive relationship with the students and parents.  Participates in activities to exchange knowledge and experience with colleagues.  Advises and co-operates in the preparation and development of teaching materials, methods of teaching and assessment.  Encourages good practice with regard to punctuality, behavior, standards of work and evaluating own teaching to improve effectiveness.  Communicate, consults, as appropriate, with parents to enhance students’ performance.  Provides guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and on their further education and careers.  Manages student’s behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior.  Participates in school assemblies and other activities.  Maintains discipline in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
