1) Handle administrative tasks a) Prepare and remain updated record for Delivery Order (DO), MRF, Quotation, Job sheet, Repair Maintenance Report, correspondence and other clerical task. b) Control the company asset, vehicle, tools and asset key. 2) Handle human resources tasks a) Compile and check employee overtime and attendance record. b) Ensure the employee apply the leave accordingly. 3) Handle Inventory/ Consumable Items Stock a) Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation (such as stock card & request form) to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
