KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage product life cycle: perform replenishment and stocks consolidation if required.
- Work up the stock’s allocation for new arrival and new store opening.
- To create reports on daily sales performance, best sellers, closing stocks report with aging, monthly reports and other reports if required.
- Review and analyse sales performance as well as gather store team’s feedbacks and define corrective action as needed.
- Work closely with Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce and Finance team to plan sales budget.
- To create open-to-buy forecasts with sales and inventory analysis to meet company’s financial goals.
- Develop and execute seasonal inventory liquidation strategies, including Markdowns and Promotions by utilizing existing outlets, market place or fairs.
- Weekly branch visits to report back findings on merchandise.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent in MS Excel Knowledge (Pivot table & V-lookup).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, highly creative with ability to think out of the box.
- Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
- Planning, organizing and coordination skills.
- Dedicated and result oriented under a tight schedule.
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills are required.
