• Attend to internal and external parties via faxes, emails and telephone calls. • Type and draft letters, memorandum, reports and other documents as assigned by Chairman. • Prepare documents for signing and distributing to other department(s). • File correspondences and documents. • Receive and serve refreshments to chairman’s visitors. • Update and monitor Director's schedule and arrange meeting / appointment. • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chairman. • Provide a full range of personal assistant duties and efficient day-to-day secretarial support to Director. • Handle all secretarial duties including scheduling meeting, making appointment, forward planning of daily workload, travell arrangements, co-ordinate business schedule/events and social functions, including with vendors, agencies and etc. • Assist in drafting letter, memorandum, prepare correspondence and handling corporate matters. • An all-rounder person to assist Director and managing business at the same time. • Liaise, closely and form effective working relationships with colleagues and third parties. • Undertake special assignment; run errands, ad-hoc functions and related duties that requires to work beyond normal working hours. • Must be able to travel and execute works independently with minimum supervision. • Personal driver to Director of the company when required. • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients at all time.
