  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE Analyse, execute and monitor the journey of “Towards Sustainable Global Prominence” by 1) executing special projects, 2) monitoring business performance, 3) facilitating the implementation of strategies for teaching and learning, research and innovation, student development and operational excellence, 4) acting as Custodian for university rankings and 5) coordinating key country engagements in order to ensure alignment with the vision and mission of the university. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Project Management and Delivery Analyse, execute and monitor project management and delivery by conducting strategic analysis, proposing effective solutions, providing analysis on implementation feasibility and suggesting mitigation barriers in order to achieve timely progression of project milestones. • Business Performance Review (Tier 2) Execute and assist business performance management and measurement by updating the status of implementation of key strategies (Tier II), preparing recommendations for improvement and conducting continuous engagement with key owners and stakeholders in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the operations and processes of business divisions. • Facilitation of Strategy implementation Facilitate and assist the implementation of initiatives of the business divisions by acting as consultants, preparing project plans, doing strategic analysis, suggesting effective solutions, analysing insights and foresights on implementation feasibility and suggesting mitigation barriers in order to achieve timely progression of project milestones in support of the UTP 2025 aspiration of “Towards Sustainable Global Prominence”. • Rankings for Sustainable Global Prominence Support Custodianship for QS and THE rankings by executing analysis of historical performance and peers, suggesting the performance domain to further improve and suggesting the overall scoring strategy to maximise the ranking of the university in order to establish global prominence in support of the aspiration “Towards Sustainable Global Prominence”. REQUIREMENTS: • Recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with more than 3 years of experience in relevant field • Proficient in basic Microsoft 365 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent command of spoken and written English
