Job Scope: To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system. To oversee, manage control full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and reporting. Handle end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing, timely payouts, and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN) Provide HR-related reports as needed and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Prepare and manage administrative documents (e.g. letters, contracts, confirmations, promotions, resignations and etc.) Manage employee claims, insurance matters, staff welfare including accommodation and facilities. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent disciplines. 2. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. 3. Proficient with Microsoft Office. 4. A team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision. 5. Please note that our company deals with NON-HALAL food products.
