Area Manager - Simpang Renggam (Johor)

Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure profitable results by guiding and developing the sales team in assigned stores. Budget Planning & Monitoring: Help Regional and District Managers prepare annual sales budgets, track store performance, investigate deviations, and provide monthly performance reports. Staff Development: Train, motivate, and guide store staff and promoters to improve skills, product knowledge, and performance. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Store Managers, Branch In-Charges (BICs), tellers, and promoters to meet sales forecasts. Promotional Activities: Plan and conduct events like roadshows, leaflet distributions, and night marketing to target migrant workers. Store Visits: Conduct regular (twice a month) and unscheduled visits to check operations, security, cash handling, complaints, and overall store performance. Compliance Checks: Ensure stores follow company procedures, head office guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Reporting: Submit detailed reports on store visits and performance to Regional and District Managers, including crisis escalation when needed. Customer Focus: Support store teams in providing excellent customer service and increasing transaction volumes. HR Support: Assist in staff recruitment, set work schedules, and evaluate employee performance periodically
