We are looking for a Data Scientist to drive our data strategy, build predictive models, and uncover insights that enhance our HR technology solutions (recruitment platform and talent job mobile app) at Troopers. You will work closely with digital transformation, product, engineering, and business teams to provide clear and actionable insights and build predictive models that improve hiring efficiency, talent engagement, and revenue. This role will report to the Head of Data and Digital Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build predictive models to optimise client engagement, revenue, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent retention.
- Analyse structured and unstructured HR-related data to extract insights and inform decision-making within the organisation.
- Collaborate with data engineer to design data pipelines for real-time and batch processing of HR-related datasets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore integrating algorithm-driven automated solutions into the Troopers platform and mobile application.
- Conduct A/B testing and data experiments to improve user and recruiter experience on the platform and mobile application.
- Communicate findings through data visualisations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in HR analytics, AI, and machine learning to continuously improve our offerings.
