Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Consultation:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their home makeover requirements.
  • Provide professional consultation on furniture, design concepts, and space optimization.
  • Offer tailored solutions and recommend makeover packages based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and closing techniques.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture long-term engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

Showroom & Presentation Management:

  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom that aligns with brand aesthetics.
  • Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to showcase makeover concepts effectively.
  • Ensure product knowledge is up to date to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of makeover projects.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports as required.
  • Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
