  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all account matters pertaining to financial accounting, bookkeeping, tax management and reporting.
  • To assist and review the monthly management report and performing analytical review to understanding issues and provide advice to ensure the operation performance is timely monitoring.
  • To review corporate tax, GST, withholding tax documents to ensure timely submission and compliance to local tax regulation.
  • Coordinate and review the Co annual budget.
  • To monitor the company cash flow and forecast.
  • To prepare and review project costing for management attention and decision process.
  • Liaison with external parties such as external auditor/ tax consultants in ensuring in compliance to local laws and regulations.
  • To verify / confirm the contractor advance / claim submissions and ensure all claims/payments submission is as per Company’s policies & procedures and supporting documents are compiled accordingly.
  • To lead, supervise and motivate subordinates to achieve the target and objective set by Company.
  • Review and monitor internal control system and procedures.
  • Any other assigned role and responsibility as of and when required the management.

    • Qualification & Experience:

    1. Candidate must be willing to work in Papua New Guinea.

    2. Possess at least a SPM or diploma in Finance & Accounting.

    3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in relevant environment.

    4. Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System is an added advantage.

    5. Good knowledge of accounting standards and computer literate.

    6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives

    7. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

    General Requirements :

    1. Age between 35 – 45 years old (depends on works environment as determine by the Management)

    2. Medically and physically fit to work (through medical assessment checkup)

    3. Verbal & written communication ability; both in Bahasa and English
