Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored VM guidelines for Malaysian Retail Shops inspired by HQ's VM guidelines, encompassing window visuals, POSM and LBP visuals, and strategic showcase placement.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to craft compelling VM artwork that aligns seamlessly with the brand's visual identity.
  • Devise localized marketing campaign proposals tailored to business objectives and brand ethos, encompassing in-depth competitor analysis, consumer insights, innovative marketing strategies, video/photo production planning, creative copywriting, and more.
  • Assist in identifying reputable production houses and models for seamless production execution, maintaining strong communication with vendors and partners throughout the process.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, offering valuable insights on key performance indicators.
  • Regularly showcase outstanding marketing campaigns across diverse industries, conducting in-depth case studies on marketing channels such as social media, retail outlets, and OMO platforms.
  • Provide monthly reporting on marketing material compilation and social media analytic report for improvement and recommendation.
  • High accuracy in managing online listings, online campaigns, and online stock levels across all e-commerce platforms like Shopee & official websites.
  • Support new product launches and ensure their timely availability online.
  • Track sales performance and KPIs, such as conversion rates and traffic. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to improve revenue and market share.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience (social media, production, kol marketing, creation, etc.)
  • With marketing experience in fashion, jewellery, or watches industries
  • Has hands-on experience in video/photo production, content creation and influencer marketing would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of VM techniques, visual arrangement, window set-up, in-store display, etc.
  • Detailed-minded, proactive and strategic thinking, with good time management and an organized approach to tasks.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
