Job Summary:
As a Facility Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth property management by handling repairs, maintenance, tenancy matters, and customer relations for new incoming and remaining assets. You will follow up on facility issues, coordinate with tenants, and manage property-related documents and contracts.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on repairs, maintenance requests, and defect rectifications.
• Handle tenancy matters, including finding tenants, arranging contracts, and following up on renewals.
• Manage CCC documents, property records, and compliance paperwork.
• Coordinate handover operations and ensure smooth transitions for new tenants.
• Communicate with customers/rentees to address concerns and provide assistance.
• Maintain properties and ensure facilities meet operational standards.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in facility/property management department of a developer company.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Chinese is a plus.
