Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for managing the requisition of workshop materials, ensuring accurate and timely usage of raw materials. 2. Manage the materials used at various team positions, ensuring their proper and safe utilization. 3. Oversee the implementation of processes by team members, ensuring employees strictly follow operating procedures. Supervise team members in conducting primary equipment maintenance. 4. Responsible for team member allocation, attendance recording and organization, and employee performance management. 5. Organize and conduct on-the-job training for team members and evaluate the training outcomes. 6. Organize pre-shift and post-shift meetings, manage shift handovers, and ensure safety, processes, and environmental compliance during the handover. 7. Ensure the accuracy and safety of team operations, promptly report and resolve safety hazards, and supervise employees' proper use of personal protective equipment. 8. Ensure the quality of the team's production output and intermediate materials. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by higher management.
