Job Description: - Recording daily financial transactions related to eCommerce sales, including payments, refunds, and expenses. Ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date in accounting systems. - Reconciling bank statements with eCommerce platform payments (e.g., Ipay88) to ensure consistency between sales records and actual deposits. - Recording and categorizing business expenses, such as shipping costs, marketing expenses. Ensuring proper documentation and receipts for all business expenses. - Processing payments to suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. - Maintaining accurate records and filing financial documents, such as invoices, receipts. Data entry into accounting systems and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. - Handling customer refund and ensuring proper documentation and accounting of refunded transactions. Job Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role. Familiarity with knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCount software is an advantage. Good discipline and teamwork spirit.
